Allstate’s personnel regularly perform a wide variety of tasks, involving conveyor maintenance repairs and emergency services. Allstate does have trained mechanics who provide preventive maintenance and sort coverage for conveyor systems. The majority of Allstate’s activities involve general replacement, including but not limited to, maintenance contract work to replacement ceiling tiles, replacement of lamps and ballast, replacement broken floor tiles, replace filters in HVAC or water equipment, light plumbing (i.e., resolving temporary clogs), and other light maintenance that does not require any permits for the work or licensing. At times, Allstate utilizes a well-established and proven network of independent contractors to handle specifically identified tasks and emergency work.
